Each year the Year 6 children have the opportunity to go on a residential activity week.
The children take part in some great activities like; gorge walking, canoeing, abseiling, caving and much more.
As you are well aware the weather is extremely unpredictable and can change very quickly. Children will need to be prepared for all weathers (even if the forecast is for sunshine). Children will need clothes that are 'quick drying' and are things they don't mind getting dirty. They do not need new expensive clothing!
All items need to be named. It is also important that children are involved in packing their own bags, both to develop independence an also to know what their bag contains!
